How do I return a product or get a refund?

Refunds

While we do not offer refunds based on personal preference, we want you to have a great experience with Deadline Bar.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please reach out to our team at support@deadlinebar.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns

Because Deadline Bar products are food items, we are unable to accept returns of opened products or packages with missing bars.

If you’re unhappy with the quality of the product you received, please contact us at support@deadlinebar.com  within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll help find a solution.

Purchases From Third-Party Retailers

Deadline Bar cannot guarantee products sold by unauthorized third-party sellers, whether online or in-store.

If you purchased Deadline Bar from an authorized retailer, that retailer is responsible for handling returns and refunds according to their own policies.
